ROBERT MORENO HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AS THE NEW HEAD COACH OF AS MONACO UNTIL 2022


Robert Moreno has been confirmed as the new head coach of AS Monaco until 2022, replacing Leonardo Jardim whose dismissal was announced at the same time as the Spaniard's appointment.


Jardim won the 2016/17 Ligue 1 title with the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Bernardo Silva in his team and began his second stint at the Stade Louis II in January 2019.


West Ham have sacked manager Manuel Pellegrini, with the club just a single place above the relegation zone entering the new year.


Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has reportedly turned down an approach from Paris-Saint Germain after spending an hour on the phone with sporting director Leonardo.
